Yep, I restarted the machine. Below is a screen shot of the panel. Does
everything look ok on that front? I have never seen the V=H thing before on
my other/older iSeries (not that I look often).

This looks right. Did you restart the machine after making all the changes?

You will need to have it all in a "connecting" state and then start the
machine.
