Actually, now that I think about it, I entered qsecofr in lower case letters
- that's probably what did it to me. What a twisting knife in my side, IBM.

The DST and System passwords are *not* the same - except when the system is
delivered; i.e., both are QSECOFR, and that's case-sensitive.

You can reset the DST password for QSECOFR by running the CHGDSTPWD
command. How do I know? Been there, done that.
