When i focused on above point then tried changing my password as it had
'@' in it, so just removed this character and changed my password now it's
getting connected from everywhere (DOS Command prompt,IBMi ACS and VS Code

and at the same time I want to connect pub400.com through IBM i ACS ,VS
Code and SSH as well then what should be the corrective measure here?

As I explained to you several times before, days ago, the problem is your
national language setting.
Apparently, your keyboard isn't really sending the '@' character when you
think it is.
It appears that MochaSoft overrides your national language setting and
sends the correct character.
But when you use a command prompt or iACS it accepts your national language
setting and isn't sending the ASCII code for '@' when you think it is doing
so.
