This list does not show images. You will have to cut and paste text or host
the image elsewhere and link to it.



And for FTP for my system under control panel keyboard is selected as 'use
language list(recommended).



If you have described the situation correctly, then if you have entered
your user name and password correctly, your keymap must be sending
different characters than you think it is sending.
That's about the only possibility.
