It's Windows 7. I don't know what Windows Updates were applied. It found updates and I told it to install them.

If you're asking about individual PTF's I applied, I'm not sure how relevant that would be. On the NetServer recommend fixes page, I already had some of those PTF's so I didn't apply them. You may not have the same PTF's as me to start with.

Exactly.
No one is posting specifics, only stating they are applying fixes.
What fixes?

My original post stated I'm working fine from Windows 7, 8, 10 to V7R3.
Only WinServ2008 R2 to V7R3,(latest cum and all groups) is not working.
