How does one know for sure, in advance? The MTU /still/ does not
mention SMB2 issues vis a vis Windows File Explorer. I just checked it.

But the knee jerk reaction many people did was open their 7.3 machines to
all sorts of security holes by disabling SMB2 and going back to SMB1.
