We use a product from MKS (formerly Silvon) that allows us to enter in
problems, design
requests, etc.   

I don't know if this is the best product out there, however if utilized
properly it could
be a good one.

MKS stands for Mortice Kern Systems.

I'm currently evaluation a few help desk programs for our company, so far
nothing I have been impressed with (only evaluated two so far).

Does anyone use any helpdesk software they are happy with and can give me a
recomendation?

I would prefer it to run on the AS/400, of course, but that is not a strict
requirement.  Something that doesn't run on the AS/400 will have to be head
above heals over an AS/400 solution, however.
