Tivoli has an excellent help desk product along with other modules (asset management,etc.) to take care of tracking from PO to trashcan. Checkout www.tivoli.com. Bill I'm currently evaluation a few help desk programs for our company, so far nothing I have been impressed with (only evaluated two so far). Does anyone use any helpdesk software they are happy with and can give me a recomendation? I would prefer it to run on the AS/400, of course, but that is not a strict requirement. Something that doesn't run on the AS/400 will have to be head above heals over an AS/400 solution, however.
