(become a CPA perhaps?) we've had several emoloyees leave, and set up their own consulting firms - and also take copies of our code. the first one that did this, we let it go, largely because he got out of the software business, and into something else. but the last one, he's a minister for pete's sake! it's amazing to me how we take values like honesty and integrity, and expect others to live up to them, but we can make the most amazing excuses for ourselves. sorry for the rant, but i guess that's a sore spot here! nj
