When going from a CISC box to a RISC box, the programs must be
observable to be able to retranslate them for use on RISC.  It's either
that or get it from the vendor in the RISC version

CA under native TCP/IP works fine (with a couple of minor exceptions
which haven't affected me so I don't even remember what they are).
