For the DOS version, the exit program is specified in the network
attributes (CHGNETA) under the parameter PCSACC.

For NT/95 Client Access, you have to specify an exit program for exit
point QIBM_QZDA_SQL1, format ZDAQ0100.

If interested, I could e-mail some code examples.  I don't think I want
to post it all here.
