From the above, I would say there was no error. Yet I did not get anything.

The PMR for each rejected request should have had the
condition\error-code logged; if only an error code is logged, rather than
descriptive text, then IBM should be able to translate the code to words
that should explain why. Note: retention of PMRs that are merely for
ordering is much shorter than those opened for other reasons.
