Here are the instructions I always use...
Connect and login... then
ftp> bin
ftp> lcd /directory<enter> , /where/directory /is the directory on your
PC where MS03 is located.
ftp> quote site na 1 <enter>
ftp> cd savfLib/./lib <enter> where /savfLib/ is the library that you
created the save file in earlier.
ftp> put ms03 /savfFile/.savf (replace <enter> where /savfFile/ is the
name of the save file created earlier.

Hopefully, if you unzipped MS03_iseries.zip you would see a plain MS03 in
here. That should be able to ftp up.
