No, "we" won't do any such thing. You don't speak for me...."We" will do
no such thing. You can either match what I just did or not, I don't care.
When I get time I may feel like creating a more complex example,... Again,
no real desire to try and match up to whatever you consider real world until
you do the basics.

You could have just said you don't like my new cologne and we would have
caught the same drift :-)

You bet, though I think going after an HTML page borders on next to useless
which is why I offered up something more "real-world" (though I agree we can
start at a more simple level). Here is an example in RPG that retrieves a
remote web page and obtains the value of a td tag:

url = 'http://red.rpg-xml.com';
WS_invoke(url: 80: req: rsp);

DOM_build(rsp: '*VAR': err);
data = DOM_getData('/html/body/table/tr/td/': 1);

*inlr = *on;

/end-free
