Re: Heads-up! IBM Support Entitlement changes

IIRC the trade-up of seats from PDM to RDI still results in the same RDI entitlement as any other path – from ESS or PA. The end result is indistinguishable from what I see but I’m not in sales so don’t trust my advise.

We have the latter, with the upgrade from seats of PDM.
