Starting November you have to have purchased the product AND have current support.

So you can have a purchased license but if the support period has expired you will blocked from opening the case now as I understand it. Similarly if you may have current entitlement to support but open the case using your IBM i ICN then it will be blocked until you provide the ICN related to the RDI entitlement. Hopefully that makes sense?

Mike

Hi Mike -- As one who has benefited in the past from your help, I gotta ask
... Is a "support entitlement to RDI" the same as "having a licensed copy
of RDI"?
