Um, I'm confused, was it not always the case that IBM support was depended on having a valid support agreement? If not why would I bother to pay IBM for it's services.....

Subject [WDSCI-L] Heads-up! IBM Support Entitlement changes

I am told that starting this November you will need to have current support entitlement to RDI to open a support case with IBM. This means opening the case with a customer number that has current entitlement to RDI support.

I don’t have any control over this so please don’t shoot the messenger …
