Hi Rick,

Are you attempting to test the service within the WDSC WAS Test Environment?

Did you follow the article exactly or did you add some variations in?

Just trying to get a handle on what it is that's going on there.

Thanks,

Shannon O'Donnell

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Axis engine could not find a target service to invoke

I attempted creating a web service using the article by Shannon O'Donnell in
today's IT Jungle. When I try to test the service the soap message returned
contains the message 'the axis engine could not find a target service to
invoke'. Trying to hit the server from a browser results in the same error.

A Google search returned a lot of results but nothing I have been able to
use yet. Adding WDSC to the search returned zero hits.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this error?
