Re: Axis engine could not find a target service to invoke

Sounds like it *could* be a SOAPAction issue. How are you invoking the web
service? Try using SOAPUI.org to consume the .wsdl and have it
automatically build the request web service XML for you (along with the
SOAPAction HTTP header).
