Shannon's example looks like it used Websphere.

Did you create an Axis based client app to call it or did you convert it
to run with Tomcat ?

subject: [WDSCI-L] Axis engine could not find a target service to
invoke

I attempted creating a web service using the article by Shannon
O'Donnell in today's IT Jungle. When I try to test the service the soap
message returned contains the message 'the axis engine could not find a
target service to invoke'. Trying to hit the server from a browser
results in the same error.

A Google search returned a lot of results but nothing I have been able
to use yet. Adding WDSC to the search returned zero hits.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this error?
