How long have you been using the tool? Don't give up to easily, it's a really great IDE. Remember, F9 wasn't in SEU initially either. I have been using WDSc for 3 years now and wouldn't dream of going back to PDM. To more directly address your concern. With WDSc you have to do a little preparation and planning. The question you need to ask yourself is why do you need to alter the library list. You can create an environment with the proper library list a couple of different ways in WDSc. None of which happen from the editor. If you need a specific library list for a given project then I would recommend creating a connection for that project. Under the properties you can set the library list for the connection. Every time you start WDSc this connection will have the library list you specified. All compiles happen with this library list. If you need to temporarily add a library to the library right click on the library list sub-heading for your connection. From there you are prompted to add a library list entry. Expanding the library list sub-heading and right clicking a library gives you options for moving a library around in the library list or removing it altogether. Under the properties for your connection is a subsystems tab. On this tab you can specify a command to run at startup. This command can set your library list. IBM has gotten a lot of complaining and has done much to address the concerns of WDSc users. The product gets better all the time. It's not PDM though and it will never work like PDM. Contrary to what others may think PDM is dead. It's as good as it's ever going to get. New capabilities required to support future enhancements will not be made to PDM. Learn to work with WDSc and you will be better off in the long run. Go through the tutorials, read the help, and ask questions.
