We are big users of the source code and were somewhat worried by GEAC's
announcement. I spoke to our account manager and clarified that as we are
contracted to have source we will continue to receive it, for future
upgrades and fixes.

The issue was addressed at a recent SIG meeting. It appears that GEAC are
tightening the application of their contractual liability for source. If you
have a contract or take one out for source you are OK. You are supposed to
get GEAC's agreement in writing if a third party is going to use the source
on your box. Where in the past they have been easy going with source code
they will now be much tighter.

This is the situation as I understand it in the UK.
