I have just heard on the grape vine that GEAC in the UK have made everybody
in their Hardware and Technical Services dept redundant, effectively
removing the HATS operation. I guess they will outsource technical and
hardware work to one or more third parties from now on.

I an glad they got our OS upgrade done and dusted just in time.
