Hardware and Technical Services

I have spoken to a manager in GEAC UK about the status of their Hardware and
Technical Services department. He has assured me that the department will
continue to exist and that the redundancies made are a small percentage of
their overall numbers.

I made the point to him that more timely information from GEAC would reduce
our reliance on the grapevine for information about what the company is
doing. He has taken this on board and will communicate this to GEAC senior
management.
