I just tried your suggestion, but it doesn't make a difference. I would rather not qualify the call with the library name, but if that's what it takes....

The funny thing is that the stored procedure is in the same library as the service program so from my RPG-experience I would say it should be able to find the subprocedure in the service program.

I start to think that it's time for a PMR or case or whatever it's called for IBM, don't you?
