Back in time, i had a 5250 menù that have a voice out of order with respect to the standard. I moved that voice from #4 to #2 (that's 2 row up). slot #4 remain empty. Slot #3 was free.

The following morning, the customer call support because "menu voice disappeared" and he can't go on with his work. He was *absolutely* unable to read video and see where his 10-years-old menu row was moved....
