He wants military time format : 0202 (Hrs) - 0100 (hrs) = 102 This would be the duration from 1 AM to 2 minutes after 2. I think he means "hundredths" rather than "hundreds". In that case, it seems to me that (%diff(endtime : starttime : *MSECONDS)) / 10 000 would give the desired value in centiseconds.
