Do you mean hundredths as in 1.50 is one and one half hours.

If so the 1 hour two minutes would be 1 + 2/60 or 1.033333  not 1.02.

Why not jsut divide the minutes by 60 to get the hundredths?

The differents between two time (1:00pm and 2:02pm) would be 1 hour 2
minutes. What I need or would like would be it to be 102. This would
allow me to multiply the hourly wage by this figure to get cost.
