This should probably migrate to WDSCi-L, but a quick reply: if you don't have the library for your copy members in your library list for the connection, it won't work. I use copy members all the time and have no problems, and verify is literally seconds, sometimes sub-second for <1000 lines (and nowadays I try to keep source member under 1000 lines). Sometimes I get a delay of 20-30 seconds the first time I verify a source member; this may have to do with caching. After that, though, verifies are lightning fast.
