No, it is one of those arguments that makes you wonder why it wasn't developed with the functionality to throw programmer defined errors vs. just compiler errors. I am guessing it was time constraints. Regardless, they need to know what we want otherwise we will get TestB type functionality vs. more widely used functionality. They have the last several release and I am sure they will continue to do so.
