My theoretical problem with it is that we can't throw/create our own error, at least from what I have heard (I haven't used Monitor or On-Error as of yet). Wow! They just have two people on RPG development! Good job for putting so much out with such little work force! I thought we already have throw and catch. MONITOR and ON-ERROR? --buck ps Hans is important to RPG because he's one of the people that supply the development muscle. If the team were down one person permanently, they wouldn't be as effective, no? And heaven forbid he decides to stay home permanently (sound of me rapping on my wooden head), how long to ramp up his replacement - if IBM would even replace him? _______________________________________________ This is the RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries (RPG400-L) mailing list To post a message email: RPG400-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/rpg400-l or email: RPG400-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l.
