Mike, I agree with most of your limitations, but: >at least three characters after the '@', Do you mean at least three characters between the @ and the period, or at least three including the domain, period, and suffix? While some domain registration companies insist you use at least three characters for the domain name portion, I don't think it is a hard and fast rule.
