RE: validating email address "syntax" -- RPG400-L

My email address has two dots in it.  I think you need to search the email
RFC for specifics on what constitutes a valid email address format.  The
WEB400-L mailing list may provide you with some better answers.  The
archives there may even have the RFC handy.
