Hans, But there are people who haven't been reading on-line discussions for years and years. If the post in question was the first post that I ever read from this forum, I would probably be very intimidated and may not be inclined to ask a 'simple' question. Some of the more simple questions provide fodder for some of the most interesting discussions that I've seen. We all know Scott's, as well as many others' knowledge and experience are invaluable. But sometimes, it's hard not to take the comments of such brilliant people personally. Just my $.02. Tracy: Those of use who've been reading on-line discussions for years and years have learned not to take on-line discussions too seriously or too personally. It's best to concentrate on the technical content of the discussion and not the style. Cheers!
