Hans, I agree, with your view of seasonable users. However you are still missing the point! What about the new users, whether they be seasoned or not? I beg your pardon, but words of advice go for naught if they are not delivered properly, especially in email format. And If we are replying to someone's question, we are hopefully, with full intentions, wanting to help and uplift the person asking for help, not turning them away for what may seem like a simple request, or even one that needs a broader explanation. A simple question that user may have had, however, he may know TONS of things that others don't. And if that user is turned away, then we all may miss what they had to offer!
