RE: Error in the EVAL Statement? (when + is used more than once)

Yeah, I noticed that later.  I need to stop responding to posts on Fridays.

One of two things may be happening.  The second plus sign may be ignored by
RPG as redundant or, as has been mentioned, it may be converting the second
operand to a positive number.
