Hey, I'm from Florida.  Although I also know how to follow an arrow to a hole.
Must be my training in flowcharts...

Scott and Barbara point out the obvious: the ability to accept a variable number
of operands.  In that respect, the BIF would be an improvement.  Still that can
currently be worked around with a service program routine which takes a variable
number of arguments and uses the MI builtins to return a result.

So it still falls in the camp of something I wouldn't vote to spend very much of
my next $100 towards.  But presuming it is cheap, add it to the proposed
enhancement list.
