Re: Supportted VTL libraries by IBM

On their site quadstor doesn't clarify if they offer any real enterprise
grade support. I would love to implement homegrown VTLs for some customers
but without some kind of assurance of support I'm wary of it...
Do you have any kind of support from them?

I am in deep contact with quadstor support as we finalized the
software for use with IBM i. Quick response time, the found all
topics to keep an eye on (currently LTO5 emulation works best,
IBM drives seem to have some special commands with IBM i).
