I need to bring these four up from 14511f00 to 15511800.
How do I do so?

There is an option on the HMC to update the IO firmware.
It will get, from the VIOS, all the devices with their firmware level, and connect to FixCentral to look at the most recent level.
You can then pick the device you want to update, and it will tell you if there is an impact or not.
I am at home now and do not remember exactly the menu option to do so, but, with the Classic interface it is around the same location that you use for firmware update.
