I got right in with my Firefox 53.0.3 (64-bit). No problems seeing anything on the page either.

in Chrome and got right in. Couldn't see something saying 24x7 or 8x5 so I clicked on Links to additional warranty information IBM Hardware maintenance services and got IBM error: "Yikes — we didn't catch all of that."

link in FF and IE and several minutes later they are still circling in a death spiral.
