In the end the best way to know about your hardware maintenance is to call your business partner. If they don't know, you need a new partner. Now they might have to look it up, but within a couple of hours they should have an answer for you.

Strange. I wonder if they are using several "hit counters" and what not which may be blocked by our corporate Websense.
I find that I often have to clear cache and restart the browsers to use many of the IBM sites.

I got right in with my Firefox 53.0.3 (64-bit). No problems seeing
anything on the page either.

IBM's web sites are such an abomination.
I tried
https://support-pilot.podc.sl.edst.ibm.com/support/home/warranty-lookup
in Chrome and got right in. Couldn't see something saying 24x7 or 8x5 so
I clicked on Links to additional warranty information IBM Hardware
maintenance services and got IBM error: "Yikes — we didn't catch all of
that."
Tried the
https://support-pilot.podc.sl.edst.ibm.com/support/home/warranty-lookup
link in FF and IE and several minutes later they are still circling in a
death spiral.

How can you look up your current hardware entitlements? Like are you
24x7
or 8x5 kind of stuff.
