I have never managed a 9405-520 but this sounds like you are now in the
ASMI console. That is just a graphic frontend for the FSP. You will not be
able to reset the lan console assignment there.
In the past we have had a 8203-E4A and we had to reset it via the hardware
console panel with 65+21 functions.

I see there is a "reset" option. not sure if that would help or not.
