Re: DCM cert for Apache settings

DCM will accept the certificate fine this way (with private key export). We
do it all the time with certs exported from our windows servers.

I believe the DCM will reject the import - claiming that it can't find a
matching CSR. Maybe IBM support can help. If it were me, I'd generate a new
CSR in DCM and ask your CA to use that, instead.
