You're spot on about DCM rejecting it. I opened a ticket with IBM to determine if there's any way to make my existing request file work.

I believe the DCM will reject the import - claiming that it can't find a matching CSR. Maybe IBM support can help. If it were me, I'd generate a new CSR in DCM and ask your CA to use that, instead.

I'd be interested in hearing whether a CA certificate makes any difference, or not. That may not be the cause of you WS client's failure.
