Re: Workstation Names

Dave,

Last I knew you were running BPCS in your shop. It's rather specific for
workstation data areas and whatnot. I think you're going to want to just
configure some set workstation sessions. I am a big fan of using .bch
files to start them all at once. See also: "New Multiple Sessions"
versus "New Session". My .bch session starts nine 5250 sessions. And
that's still not one for each of my 10 lpars. (and hmc console shared
sessions). Granted, some of those lpars don't have system i Access loaded
so I have to use telnet or the shared hmc console session to get a signon
there.
