Time to SAVSYS may vary widely and tape drive type may not be the big
deciding factor. We had a person who went nuts with "supplemental
groups". SAVSYS time (using all the same hardware and OS) went from 4
minutes to 44 minutes. IBM verified this with PRTPRFINT.
