HMC upgrades are kinda new to me so...if I ask a dumb question...it's
because I simply don't know the answer. And yes sometimes I might
misstate something (such as the disruptive bit). I'll be glad when I get
a good grip on this thing but for the most part it simply works and I
don't have to tinker with it much.

But I guess this says it all:
Example: Currently installed service pack is EH330_120_120 and
new service pack is EH330_152_130
An installation is concurrent if:
The release level (XXX) is the same, and
The service pack level (YYY) currently installed on the system is the same
or higher than the last disruptive service pack level (ZZZ) of the service
pack to be installed.

Thanks,
Tommy Holden

Totally agree! The upgrade you are planning can be done concurrently and
you will get to Activated Level. And, that upgrade should even be able to

go to "Accepted Level" concurrently with an additional step. The only
thing which is disruptive would be "Platform IPL level", but are there any

fixes on it which say they need that? You normally do not have to hunt
very far.
