PDM work with libraries

Hi all,

When selecting libraries with option 1 in PDM, what's the difference between *ALL and *ALLUSR?

The help for *ALL states that the sort is by project name. What's the project name?
The help for *ALLUSR seems to indicate that the list is the same as *ALL including user libraries. Does that mean that *ALL is not all as it does not include user libraries? What are the user libraries.
