Quoting Steve Landess <sjl_abc@xxxxxxxxxxx>:
John - In regard to Waynes, reply:
To do it at the printer level, you'll need to specify additional information
in the ADDRPYLE command.
Example:
I have a printer named LASER1 that I want to Ignore the forms change request
message:
If I do this:
ADDRPYLE SEQNBR(000100) MSGID(CPA3394) CMPDTA('LASER1' 41) RPY(I)
the system will automatically reply to the CPA3394 message if the device
name begins with 'LASER1'.
Beware:
If you have devices named LASER10, LASER11, etc., they will also be replied
automatically...
If I do this:
ADDRPYLE SEQNBR(000100) MSGID(CPA3394) CMPDTA('LASER' 41) RPY(I)
the system will automatically reply to the CPA3394 message for any printer
whose name begins with 'LASER'

I had forgotten the specifics of ADDRPYLE. In our case, the specific printers
that need a forms change ignored have specific characters in the ninth and
tenth positions. I do not believe any of the other printers would be
effected.
Thanks for the assistance.
