Perhaps if you changed from the defaults of
STRPRTWTR FORMTYPE(*ALL *INQMSG)

We had some writers that we modified in WRKSYSVAL QSTRUPPGM to do just
this sort of thing.

Replying to a forms request automatically






I know this has been discussed. I just can't recall if there was
resolution to
the problem.

Is there a way to send an 'I' to a forms change request, for a specific
printer?

The printers are Lexmark laser printers, and printing from Series i would
only
be to plain paper.

But, there are other printers that would need to have the forms change
request
sent to QSYSOPR.
